Overview
Volkswagen Malaysia required a platform that enabled showroom sales personnel to easily showcase the brand’s range of cars to customers.
The E-Zone platform was built to enable real-time updating of information such as images, pricing, specifications and news for all authorised Volkswagen dealerships across the country. The tablet app was launched at KLIMS and will be used at dealerships beginning 2014.
The E-zone tablet app is meant to provide Volkswagen sales agents with an edge to present the various car models. They can easily tap around to present more information rather than fumbling through multiple flyers/brochures.
Agents may tweak the car model to whatever their client would like for an instant 360 preview.
